Sgr-Jmu national highway closed for second day
‘Restoration work is underway. People are advised not to travel on NH-44 till the work is completed’
Srinagar, Feb 22: Srinagar- Jammu national highway remains closed for the second day on Wednesday after shooting stones and slides blocked the road near Banihal on Tuesday.
“Traffic update at 0800 hrs:Jammu Srinagar NHW is still closed. Restoration work is underway. People are advised not to travel on NH-44 till the restoration work is completed, ” traffic police said in a tweet on Wednesday morning.
