Encounter in chotigam village of shopian broke down at around 4 am and where two militants are believed to be trapped. However, The Heavy exchange of firing remains for 40 mins and right now, Their is completely null.
Pertaintly,it is The second Encounter which broke out at south Kashmir in Just 72 hours. However, the Miltants escaped in Adigam Kulgam Encounter.
